And with recent tours in the US and an upcoming European tour, Coolooloosh is not going to be our little secret for much longer. That only makes sense given their unique mixture of rap, jazz, funk and even some drunken Gypsy music to boot! Their newest album is called Elements of Sound and can be purchased via a link on the band’s Web site.

As Jerusalemites with hearty appetites it’s clear these boys appreciate good food at good prices. Pictured here is Coolooloosh drummer Yogev Shitrit enjoying roast chicken at HaFinjan. He’s also holding up the band’s new CD. Did I mention that you can buy it by visiting Coolooloosh’s Web site? Yogev is clearly a connoisseur of fine food, a great drummer and a relentless salesman! Enjoy a taste of the latest by Coolooloosh:

Recently returned from a series of performances in Los Angeles, where she played at the Jewlicious Festival as well as in the famed Viper Room, when she gets hungry for good food, where do you think she goes?

Well, where everyone else in the neighborhood goes apparently. Rinat was kind enough to send us this photo of her enjoying Hafinjan’s Meat Soup. Said Rinat “That Meat soup was delicious and a meal in itself! I was so hungry that day and your food brought a smile back on my face.”

And now, it’s your turn to enjoy Rinat in this video called “Agas” :
